Get at least a basic compression test before you go ripping things out. Rebuilding the engine you have isn't a great idea, you need an engine with in spec big parts, not whatever condition your parts are in now. There are rebuilders who will sell you a known good engine, as will Mazda.

Did the car ever run?
Do you have spark and fuel? Are the spark plugs wires to the correct coils in the correct order? Does the tachometer move while you crank? Have you tried deflooding it (search for the procedure)?

Try the NVRAM/KAM reset. First, clear codes.

NVRAM

Turn car to run position and pump brake pedal 20 times fast until you see the oil gauge sweep.

KAM

Hold the odometer reset and turn car to run position. You should see "Test" appear on the odometer screen then release the odometer reset.

Start car and idle for about 5 minutes and see if misfire still there.

What intake is on there? Are there any open, disconnected or cracked vacuum hoses?

Where exactly did you add oil? There isn't exactly a user-serviceable place for adding oil to the injectors...

If adding oil helped it start until the oil burned iff, there's probably at least a compression issue. But it may not be fatal, there might be other stuff going on. How fast is your starter speed or how old is the starter? Old starters don't turn fast enough to get a dying rotary going. Not a solution, but a potential mitigation / future proofing is to replace with the updated 2.0kw starter.

Throttle body makes all kinds of sounds, as long as there are no holes it's probably not related.

Um. Okay. That's not how any of that works. Can you verify visually whether the OMP is there? And also don't run the engine until it is verified on and connected.

That will not cause problems running/idling but will limit you to 3000rpm and quickly destroy the engine if there isn't an alternative supply of oil.

I am genuinely curious how damage like this would even happen.

Thats what happens when a seal gets snagged on the port. Exactly how my plates were. I just sourced some good used ones.

Used motors are a crapshoot. Could be fine, could be worse than what you have now. If they can provide proof it has compression, that's a good start. Also make sure the seller knows which gen and port count they have, not all of them are read up on Renesises.

Otherwise, Mazda or a rebuilder - Rotary Resurrection, Pettit, Pineaplle, etc.

Its very risky going with 2nd hand engines. They will work but who knows for how long is the issue. It's best to bite the bullet and get a remanufactured engine now and save yourself the heartache later.

So I got a engine from Jdm I thought I had a 4 port because I have a automatic transmission but my is a 6 port they Told me I can return the 4 port for a 6 port but the 6 port is $600 more and they are are charging me to ship them the 4 port motor and the shipping to receive the 6 port so it’s like $1390 dollars is there any way I can make the 4 port fit the 6 port and make it reliable with out switching the Ecu or should I just bite it and just spend the money?

Unfortunately, you'll need to ship it back. 06-08 AT models were all 6 port engines. A 4 port won't work on a 6 port transmission.
