Hey y’all I have come in possession of a 2007 RX8 R3 auto, the interior is in great condition and it has electrical working, the driver side window is shot, and it doesn’t run or give out any code and the right back tire is a bit deflated. I don’t think I will have the time or resources to spend working on this beautiful car. so I was wondering if I am able to sell it and if I can how much could I sell it for?

Hmm so there's no such thing as an 2007 R3, or an auto R3. Does it have a sunroof and leather? Then it's a GT. If it doesn't it's a Sport/base model.
Not running could just be flooding, which is free to fix in 15 mins. What happens when you try to start it?
It could be worth between 500 (if the engine needs replacing) and 6-7000 if it's mint and running.

An educated buyer will ask for a compression test, to know if the engine needs replacing. If it does, like I said, 500. If it doesn't and the car is mint +/- 5-7k, understanding that you haven't provided mileage or any pictures of the car to evaluate. Check your local classifieds to see if there any comparable ones.
Also there's not exactly a line up for these cars so don't expect a quick sale if you want a higher price.

When I’m in town I could try and help. I’m up in Belton. I’m otr driver so I’m only home usually once a month for a week or so. Let me know and pm me if you would like. But like others have said try the deflooding procedure. YouTube will be your friend. Just involves removing spark plugs and the fuse for the fuel pump.
