Hi All
Thought I would introduce myself, I'm Dave 35 and a lil bit of a petrol head (ok a massive one! Peugeot 406 Coupe 3.0 V6, Alfa Romeo 147, MG Midget etc...), and have just got my first RX8 :D
Bought it Sunday when I was going to look at something completely different, but have always had my eye on one since they came out, so no surprise when I got one...
Mine is a 2004 231, hopefully a bit of a steal with only 46,000 on the clock and the pricely sum £2400, and includes the Sat Nav as well.
First impressions, well I Love it, fun to drive, sporty, comfortable and always putting a smile on my face, even on the annoying journey to work. I also love the fact that a lot of people have a loving look out of their car windows at it![Evil Laughter](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/evil_laughter.gif)
Have so far found this place so helpful, have already come across the forth on the dip stick and first oil top up (with a funnel very useful tip :D)...
I know this car will be a labour of love/hate but hell I had an old MG and a mig wielder living in my dining room for a long time, so not too much phases me, and nothing I won't have a go at....
I do have a somewhat odd question though, right at the front of the bumper, at the bottom where the black plastic is with the little triangle, should there be a grill there?
Look forward to chatting to you all, have some pics to post of the girl as well (not sure why but decided it is definitely female!)....
