New Owner- Power Loss

Hello, I have a 2005 rx8. Engine was replaced in 2012 at 80k miles by Ramsey Mazda. Current miles on it is 93k. I'm having power loss at high rpms and will eventually not go past 4k rpms. It also has a K/N open air intake

I have four codes.

P0301
P0420
P0510
P0610

The CAT has been gutted and replaced with a midpipe, this was done by a pervious owner

I ordered new NGK 6701 Trailing and NGK 6700 Leading spark plugs, as well as a NGK wireset.
Also order Beck/Ardley 1788396 Coils
(Order from Rockauto, trust them or no)

My question is shold this fix the power loss issue or is there a bigger issue at play here.

P0301 - Front rotor misfire detected
P0420 - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold
P0510 - (Had to google) Closed Throttle Position Switch Malfunction
P0610 - PCM vehicle options error

Three of the codes can be found here: https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-tec...n-guide-26291/

P0510 isn't actually in that list, found it here: common Mazda OBD-II codes (listing))

I'm no expert, but it seems like you might have a few more issues than just a misfire, though that might be because you ran it hard AFTER it was starting to misfire. Once again, not an expert. Hopefully someone with some real expertise can tell you more.

I looked into the PCM issue, and im taking it to a mazda dealer next week for them to run a diagnosis. If all else fails I'll purchase a PCM from Racing Beat for about 300 bucks
