Glad you were able to rescue the car and restore it!! did you rebuild the engine yourself? Or was the single rotor operation not compression induced? Bad injector perhaps?

I opened and cleaned the engine, bought a housing and a rotor, my friend did the street porting and close it, and I installed the engine.

Nice i currently have an 04 i resurrected and daily
and an fd(got it for pretty much free since it had been sitting for years) Had fc, want to buy and fb

Nice !! RX8 is the best rotary as a daily ( my 5 letters FB is pretty good too)

FC sold for 63k on bat. Prices are already too crazy. Been waiting also for that elusive FD but I guess I waited too long.
