New RX8 Owner, in need of tire suggestions!

Hello, and thanks for having me. New member here. I just picked up a 2007 RX8 Grand Touring with only 24k miles on it in excellent condition. The only thing that needs attention are the tires, as they are the original factory tires and they are almost completely bald. Road noise is absolutely atrocious and I'm a bit hesitant on taking it out farther than around town with these until I get a new set of tires due to safety since i almost always have my daughter with me... Now I'm a very casual driver, so this is not going to see any track time, and frankly very little aggressive driving.. Outside of the occasional "get on it" scenario, I'll be driving this like a normal summer toy. I about had a heart attack when I saw the prices on tires, so I am looking for recommendations on tires that wont break the bank but still be a good fit for this car. I've been trying to find closeout pricing or clearance pricing on a set of 4, but not exactly sure if I'll be shooting myself in the foot so to speak. Would love to a screamin deal, something around $100 per tire, but I also don't want junk, so I'm sure there will be a little give and take. I would appreciate any suggestions you may have or any guidance you are able to provide. I figured here was no one better to ask than the members of an RX8 club. Thank you

I've been impressed with Nankang NS2's. Usually around $100ish per tire. Used to run these on one of my old RX-8's. Wouldn't run them in winter conditions though. Summer only but they were great for me.

I'm on the verge of grabbing the Pirelli Cinturato P7's off of Tirerack. Not sure what normal price is on them, but they are closeout for $105 each. All 4 shipped to my door is about $450, but not sure if anyone else has any input on them.

Never used them but they are likely good. My suggestion is because I like the sporty tires.

I have P7 all seasons on my girlfriend's 3. They're fine, no bad habits, good price. But let's say I wasn't shopping for performance when buying those.

I just replaced my 8's ancient S-drives with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 all seasons for civilian duty for not much more than those P7s cost.

Got these super sticky yet good for all around driving, did effect my speedo but essentially gave me lower gearing so win.
