New RX8 Owner in North Carolina
What's happening everyone, picked up a 2004 RX8 6speed recently for $800, runs and drives. Just ordered a compression tester to obviously check the compression, but still. For $800 and I drove it home about an hour away, I'll call it a win! Just need to go through it and do a full detail once we get some warmer weather, or drive it to work and have the detail shop do it for me.
Here it is the next day after driving it home

Nice find!
What's up with that strut bar? It's supposed to be straight. Looks in good shape, just a solid wash and polish away from a stunner.
Rx8help.com for familiarization if you haven't already. That coolant level light could be just a bad sensor, or actual issue. Careful when removing the overflow bottle if you decide to change it (the sensor is part of it). It's very easy to break off the radiator nipple at this age. May as well plan for radiator replacement regardless.

I honestly didn't notice the strut bar being bent, thought that's the way it came. Well dang! Lol. Yeah I've looked at that rx8 page already and very helpful. Appreciate the heads up on the strut bar
