No beep with redline, Wheel lug torques
Hi y'all!
Just got an awesome RX-8. I noticed I don't hear a "beep" when I approach redline. Could there be a blown fuse somewhere or maybe an on/off switch for it?
Also, anyone know the factory torque specs for the wheel lug nuts? I did a search and got a few different numbers. Some state 88 ft-lbs, some state that the factory increased it to 108 ft-lbs.
Also, I have Enkei RP03 wheels. Anyone know the torque specs for the valve stems?
Thanks in advance!

The beeper should be integrated into the gauge cluster. If a fuse is blown then it should affect the whole gauge cluster. Some also say the beep is very quiet, so you gotta really pay attention.
There was supposedly a TSB for early S1 that says to torque it to 104ish ft-lb to prevent a noise coming from the wheels.
