Tried one of the fixd scanners but it would stay seated long enough and another actual scanner but wouldnt read it. Suggestions?

So bad news.... ran a standard compression Guage and both rotors best number was around 45psi to 50psi...... let alone the other lower chambers.

While that sounds bad ... it does depend on how fast it was turning over per this chart ..............

His engine after warm up temp had at best per rotor 50psi not even knowing the lesser two per rotor. Were gonna weigh the options and prices for a rebuild in comparison to a used short block. Thanks for all the help members!
