I'm having trouble understanding what you are asking with all of the text speak short hand.

Could you try again?

If you can't be bothered to ask clearly, don't be surprised if no one can be bothered to answer.

I'm sorry sir for the inconvenience,

what happened was sir , when I drive my car in the daytime in hot sun my A/C Blows only hot air but works perfect on nights and mornings from the day I bought it , one of my friend told me it could be my fans ( slow) , therefore I should look on my coolant level as heat can damage my coolant seals and leak in to combustion chambers , but I check my coolant level twice a week and it is the same , it has not gone down, but today I looked very carefully and , I did notice some , little oil drops kind of things just floats hear and there inside the coolant bottle , is it normal sir? , And sir I can start my car perfectly at any time and it runs smoothly , a little whit smoke is coming when starting as other Rx8 s do.

No, oil in the coolant is not normal. However, are you sure it's oil? There are other substances which can cause some sludging globs in the coolant.

I recommend pressure testing your coolant system (any corner shop should be able to do it). If it passes the test, you don't have a coolant seal failure, and it is a different problem.

Your AC vs Heat problem could be the common HVAC controls failure that most RX-8s end up seeing once in their lifespan. Lots of threads on the forum about it. The temperature **** just gets inconsistent and then finally broken, leading to the opposite temperature than what you want.
