Open loop stalling.

Greetings fellow 8 owners. I've lurked here for years and learned quite a bit. The only reason that I've breached the veil of anonymity is to lean upon the immense knowledge of the senior members here. I've recently read hundreds of lines of text regarding similar yet not quite exact issues that I've been experiencing as of late. As the thread of the title states the car will not function properly as soon as closed loop is finished. The car will only stall if the accelerator is jabbed quickly and released while in forward or reverse gear. The car is an 04 automatic trans with less than 5k miles on a fresh short block installed by a Mazda dealership. New components are coils, plugs, plug wires, MAF, and coolant temp sensor. Again... The problem is repeatable and extremely consistent once the closed loop is finished. Just recently a new problem developed involving the car refusing to tach out at redline. This has me questioning proper fuel pressure, but I can't figure out how to relate this recent development with the stalling on open loop scenario.

Quick reminder: I've read all the stickys. I've read hundreds of threads involving all sorts of idle issues. Mechanical background is solid. Electrical background is solid. Thank you friends.
