You have like 3 options

Go to a well known rotary shop

Take it to the dealer and they will charge alot!

Take the car apart and send the block to get it rebuilt.

Lmao "heads are bad" run as fast as you can they have no clue. If the over flow tank if full to the top it's probably dumping coolant and that is what your smelling. I can't fill mine past 3/4 or it will dump coolant this could be your case.

Edit
I noticed you said it's stalling but you didn't say your having trouble starting it. The hot smell might be a separate problem from the stalling. Check what I posted above and then check your CAT could be clogged is so check why it clogged ie. Failing ignition if the CAT is not clogged start with the ignition ether way if you don't have hot start problems your engine might be ok but if it is the CAT or ignition or both don't drive it till you fix it you engine won't last long with ether failing.
