Hello
Welcome
Not a lot to go on here. Auto, manual? Miles? Mods? Fuel? Ignition Health? Location.
For starters, started it, drove at high RPM, then stopped it is not a nice thing to do to any engine. I start mine, let it idle for 15 seconds, then drive easy until coolant temp comes up.
In my opinion, if you have a weird sound from one side, it may be an muffler issue. It is a common pipe from the engine to the muffler. So, any noise that is only on one side would be muffler related.

and I never drive until the coolent temp comes up and today also I did the same and the sound I mentioned started to come today and it only comes when I rev and release the accilator , its a similor sound like coming from a gutted cat .

Have you ever heard that sound? It's not really different than with a cat, there's no blowing like you describe.
Pull off your cat and check the catalyst material for missing pieces.
Consider that your fuel pump may be overheating. Was your fuel tank full or empty when you kept it at high rpms?

Cat check is good. Could be a piece of Cat back there. Bottom line, if it is only one one side, unless you have a wickedly custom exhaust, it is in the muffler or tail pipe. I could be a rusted section, or a piece of Cat stuck back there.
