Power window and sun roof not working
ive been having trouble trying to figure out my driver side window and sunroof issues. The window will not go down at all but could hear it clicking to go up. When I pulled it all apart I hooked the motor back up and noticed it rolls up but not down. So i ordered a new motor just waiting for it to show up and replace it. But the sun roof does the same thing I can hear it click to close but does nothing to open.
Also I have no issues opening and closing the passenger window from the driver site. Is there something I'm missing here. It all started when a fuse blew I replaced all new fuses. I've tried the reset codes. It's driving me insane that I can't get them open. I'm just wondering where the issue could lead back too. Thanks in advance

I haven't looked at those motors specifically, but all of these types of things tend to have a sliding contact that determines the range of movement. It looks like a copper road or circle on which a metal slider moves from one end (full close) to the other (full open). Check that there is no debris, water or anything else that's shorting that mechanism, making it think it's full open already.
Otherwise, check the relays. Whatever blew that fuse could have damaged them as well.

So it's deffinetly not a fuse issue. And I had replaced the driver side motor for the window. And same thing it will go up but not down. And same with sunroof stays closed but won't open at all. I can hear them both clicking to open and close but that's as far as it goes. I'm not even sure which relay I would have to change but the passenger side window has no issues at all.

Have you tried the reprogram method for the sunroof yet?
Sunroof Motor Assembly Note
Note
• If the guide is removed, initial position setting of the sunroof motor will be required. After installing the sunroof unit, perform initial position setting using the following procedure.
1. Press the CLOSE switch to fully close the glass panel.
2. When the glass panel reaches the fully closed position, temporarily release the CLOSE switch and press it again for approx. 13 s continuously. Continue pressing the switch until the glass panel automatically stops at the fully closed position after reaching the mechanical lock position.
3. When the glass panel stops at the fully closed position, temporarily release the CLOSE switch, then press it again within 5 s and hold.
Note
• Press the CLOSE switch continuously until the glass panel opens to the fully open position, returns to the fully closed position and then stops.
4. Release the CLOSE switch when the glass panel stops at the fully closed position.

Have you checked for power at the window motor's connector when the window switch is held in the up position? If voltage is not present at the connector when the switch is pulled up then I would suspect a faulty window switch. The contacts can be worn 8n the switch causing the issue.
