Problem with bose system (after building rx8 from scratch)

Hello, guys I have problem, after building rx8 from scratch, drivers side doors doesnt play at all, wiring harness is from a rx8 with navi system, but there is no navigation from a car, so I heard that, its some kind of way to bypass navi which is responsible for drivers door speakers.
