Problems need help
So one night I’m driving home I turn off traction control and lay into it till about 3rd gear. About 10 miles I pull into the gas station get gas then get back on the road. About 5 miles late car acts like it’s out of gas and is spitting and sputtering, then dies out completely and will not start back. So I get it home and the throttle body is making a funny noise so I order one and replace it still won’t run, so I run the codes and it say mass air flow sensor so I order one and replace it still no fix. Now I’m kinda getting frustrated so next trial and error I order new gas pedal. NOTHING! So now after doing all this it finally starts but has rough idle all the lights are on the dash, traction, check engine, power steering, etc... also the radio no longer works I don’t know what to do and I can’t keep dumping money into it. Does anybody have any ideas bc I’m at a loss and I’ve only had the car about 8 months.. I NEED HELP PLEASE

Don't just throw expensive parts at it, diagnose. You said MAF sensor code. What was the actual code? There are several possible ones.
Traction and power steering lights come on after disconnecting the battery. This is normal. If you didn't disconnect the battery then its your battery terminals. Just clean them up and snug them down. The radio points to electrical gremlins. What's common to all the affected systems? Start with that.
Does it have any codes now?

The throttle body will make a slight buzzing noise when the ignition is on. It's normal since it's driven by an electric motor inside(DBW).
And like Loki said, you will run out of money quickly if you throw parts at it. A MAF is already pretty pricey, and a TB and a gas pedal are even more. What you need is a Service Manual to walk you through proper troubleshooting.
I would first look at the battery since you are having some electrical issues. I had my 8 shut down on me completely once when I was driving. Turns out, the negative terminal just popped loose since I didn't push the terminal down far enough.
The sputtering could be from a couple of things. Get an ignition timing light and see if your coils are any good. Could also be the fuel pump, which you could also test.

Post the actual codes here. We can't be much help without them.
Check all of the major grounds for cleanliness and tightness. Test the battery and alternator. Test the fuel pump. If you don't know the age of the coils, plugs, and wires, replace them now.
Read this thread twice. It is 99.5% true and correct.
