JP Radiator fan problems using microtech lt10s

having some problems with my cooling fans on the radiator not switching on when plugged to a microtech lt10s with standard rx8 harness from microtech efi.com. I have set the fan-on fuction on microtech to switch on at 70c. When connected to microtech with laptop the water temp dial on the screen flashes Red but the fans do not switch on. if I unplug the microtech and plug direct to the rx8 pcm ..the fans switch on at the pcm set parameter. Any one have any ideas.

Why are you using the LT10 on an RX-8? I don't have an answer to this specific problem but the LT10 never worked on the RX-8 and now there are much better options. What engine setup are you running?
