Radio problems

I have a 2004 Mazda Rx8 I was messing with my aftermarket radio and the radio stopped working. I have checked every wire that could possibly affect it and I'm almost positive that it is the main radio cable behind where the radio sits is there a DIY on how to replace that cable, also I have an amp and sub and the amp wont turn on either but all of the cords are in correctly and hooked up well.

Yes all fuses are fine. I remember pulling the cord a bit to try to make it come out longer and then the radio shut off could I have unplugged something?
