I would tend to agree there doesn't seem enough there for that power, but then again ..... if a lot of it goes into the sump as you suggested ........... the sump is at 0psi if it has good venting so ....maybe ???
Also there were other mitigating factors like ...low comp rotors, methanol fuel, and a huge turbo so
