Rx8 club was right I was wrong I need some help

First off I'd like to apologize I know you guys wanted to help me and stop me from wasting money but I rebuilt my rx8 6 port and used the old housings and irons I rebuild it perfectly to the video and used a mazda trix video. It runs for 20 minutes then dies i bridge ported it and have to get it dinod I'm hoping thats not why it dies... all new coils wires plugs it says its miss firing and its very hard to start and really doesnt want to stay running but will idle and then after it warms up It doesnt want to idle. That being said it only runs like **** under 2000 rpm any thing above 2000 and its smooth. I replaced all vacuums hoses with new vacuum hoses not oem hoping that has nothing to do with it not running right. I also replaced the oil coolers, line, radiator and fan with mishimoto. I put a brand new series 2 trans in along with a new master and slave cylinder oem spec I also replaced the oem clutch and fly wheel with the act prolight fly wheel and act stage 2 clutch and speed bleeders. I'm running events coolant and 5w 30 oil it has a solh oil pump so it runs two stroke oil not used and I have a cold air intake and its a decat with cat backs I think that's everything I've dont that would mess with the vehicles drivability so hers the problem part of my build.

The clutch pedal doesnt hit the floor and go limp it comes back but doesnt seem to push the clutch hard enough for me to get it in gear without grinding and I'm not looking to **** up a 3000 dollar transmission is there something I need to do to or replace to actually be able to put it in gear so I can limp it to mazda or onto my trailer. All I'm needing is advice on the clutch I'm gonna have mazda compression test it if i fucked up on the rebuild i dont care i had fun doing it it was actually one of the best and I absolutely loved every second of it but my other car got totalled and I need this project running asap so I'm in a pickle... if you guys can help me with the clutch I'd greatly appreciate it mazda can fix the engine unless you guys got any tricks up your sleeves for that as well...

I have mazda edit but I dont know how to work it and the shift for is band new along with throw out bearing
Ive been bleeding it and i cant get any air to come out tho and with the speed bleeder no air comes back in so I've covered that as well I was curious with that clutch would I need a stronger master cylinder or lines?

Pictures of the housings you used and the porting would be helpful.

it looks amature but its street and bridge ported and no I made sure not to go to far outward and made sure I didnt mess up the coolant seals I also lapped it by hand but was scared to take off to much so its oil retention would be fine but the blades showed in even surface in spots unfortunately no pictures of them I was hoping they was fine but I've been regretting trusting them since I build it

Do you know how to adjust the clutch pedal ?
If you lift the rear wheels off the ground you should be able to put it in gear with pedal in and not spin the wheels.

Did you do a compression test after it was rebuilt and running?

Can't even get it in neutral and push it on there? Could be a problem with master/slave cylinders. I've had them leak a couple times and the leak is never apparent just from inspecting.

dunno about the extreme detail bit ..lol
Just undo locking nut and wind that shaft in till there is minimal freeplay before the shaft starts moving the piston in the master cylinder. If you do that and the wheels still rotate when in gear off the ground ...you have other issues.

I replaced the slave and master my petal use to just drop to the floor I have soft clutch but from the way people describe a act stage 2 clutch it doesnt hard at all like I could push it this clutch all day and never have sore legs it does pop all the way back up after pushing it so my cylinders are working

New problem if I pump the clutch to much it drops to the floor I can pump it back up to where I have a clutch is that normal or do I still have air in the line

The wheels spin while the car is lifted and the clutch is pressed to the floor

Can you confirm you have fluid in the transmission? If the car is stuck in gear could be poor adjustment Of the transmission in the rebuild or Synchro/internal component failure. Its difficult to say for sure though over the internet.

should I empty the transmission and put new fluid in it they could ocoput fluid in there to just ship they didnt tell me to drain it before driving

I know that this is doable but there must have been some issue during installation that is causing these issues. That's what I would suspect. If its not coming out of gear, something is not aligned properly or damaged.

its comes in and out of gear just playing with itwbut with the engine running it doesnt want to shift out of neutral without grinding the only time I can get it in gear is without the engine running if it's running and not using the clutch I push it on first gear not fully engaging it will slightly move forward but when I push clutch in and try to engage the gear it just grinds and doesnt engage It feels like i dont have enough pressure

Was the clutch and pressure plate also replaced? I'm thinking this may be a more serious issue that will involve removing the trans.

Im officially stumped. My next move would be to drop the trans. There is no way it should be giving you these problems if it was something simple.

do you think it could be the fluid mazda trix put in it needs changed? I'm gonna end up calling in some favors and getting it on a trailer and taking it to mazda but it makes no since I went new all the way around so I didn't run into these issues lol I've got bad luck I guess
