RX8 Instrument Cluster Needle Removal

RX8 Instrument Cluster Needle Removal
Hello All,
Wondering if anyone can help on this.
I have removed and disassembled my instrument cluster. I have a fault LED on the circuit board I wish to solder off and replace. However, I am stuck at removing the circuit board as I am unsure how to remove the oil, tachometer, temperature and fuel gauges needles off the front face. I don't want to put too much pressure on it and break them. The only thing I have found online is on older instrument clusters where people simply use a fork underneath the needle. However, this will not work on my 2004 RX-8 as its a completely different arrangement.
Any information would be a great help.
Manu thanks.

You can just gently grab the hub of each dial and pull streigt back. Be extremely careful with the tach especially, as even if it goes back on correctly pushing too hard or torquing it at all can really cause some issues with how it moves.
What LED is "faulty?" It's a much bigger task to just get down to that board than you'd expect.
