Check that your ESS plate is correctly installed. It's pretty hard to get that wrong, but https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-tro...tation-266767/

I don't think it needs outright replacement unless damaged. The ESS can give poor running, but not constant vibration like this.

The counterweight shhhhould only go in one way, but definitely retrace your steps. Reassembling the front stack can be tricky. You worked with a shop manual right?

Today i try different coil pack and spark plug wires the same problem.
tomorrow i will install the old engine mounts just to check if there is no difference and also i am waiting nee ecentric shaft sensor and ecentric shaft timing gear.
After all that is to try new injectors.
If this help the vibrarion become more at 2,500 rpm.
here another video

Your transmission is moving around WAY too much, not just left-right like the engine, but up/down. Are you sure the PPF is properly installed?

I have not do anything on ppf or transmission.
But I have in my plan to remove the transmission and check If the engine vibrate with out transmission.
When I try to install the engine I try many times left right up down in order to centre the engine with transmission it is possible to make any damage to clutch spring or the clutch or loose the alignment and that's why I have vibrations?
But if the problem is the clutch when I press clutch pedal it must change a little from worse to better.

Good point. If you clutch in, the transmission should stop, so if it still vibrates then, the problem is between flywheel and the front of the engine. Thats probably the case anyway, given how vibrations change with rpm, but its a good test.

I watch a video in youtube about counterweight and is so difficult to loose the position on ecentric shaft because i never take out the oil pump.
so i i suppose that is nothing wrong with front assembly
I have in my hands a spare ecentric shaft sensor and gear i will post tonight

Well i i change the ecentric shaft sensor and the gear and still the same.
i change the engine mounts no difference.
I check the ppf clearance and is in spec.
So i have to check the injectors and if that didn't fix the problem i think that i have to remove the transmission.
How easy is to strength the flywheel ;
I am asking that because i have the engine sitting with the flywheel to the floor while i ireplace the front cover.

Wait, you had the weight of the engine resting on the flywheel? So the eccentric shaft was holding 150lbs along the wrong axis? Your flywheel is probably fine, but this can't be good for the eccentric shaft and all the thrust bearings and seals that were under sideloads they're not built for.
