A sad update.
Took out the spark plugs, started the car without spark plugs to release the excess fuel.
Replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, wires and cleaned the MAF.
Still wont turn over...

Right on! Should've just done that. While this forum has some great knowledge base, it can get over the top with diagnosis. The rotary engine isn't that hard to figure it out. Now go drive the snow out of it.

Hi. I know this is old. But my car is doing the exact same thing. You said deflooding worked. ? So you did it wrong when you tried doing it yourself I'm guessing ? Since you said you tried to deflood it yourself...

#1 issue imo is the battery.
I've had more trouble with flooding from weak batteries than anything.
It's been my experience since 2012 that the battery has to be replaced about every 3 years.
Once I realized that, it's easy to spot.
If while trying to deflood you hear the battery turning slower than what seems normal, it's likely time for a new one.
I even had Advance Auto tell me my battery was good when I knew it wasn't good enough.
Insisted on a new battery, problem solved.
Before deflooding, also be sure your terminals are clean and tight.
They will stretch over time and even though the bolts bottom out & they seem tight, they're really not.
