Arrow RX8 Slow Start and Rought Idle

PLEASE HELP
Okay i can kinda guessed whats happening but i need help confirming. 2005 Mazda Rx8 80000k original motor. Exhaust is dumped right after the gas tank, replaced spark plugs last year and wires, replaces cat last winter as well, the car backfires any chance it gets since its dumped. Replaced the battery 3 weeks ago ever since then I've notices day by day its harder for it to turn on. Today i was driving up hill was low on gas on top of the hill i stopped and the car just died, i thought it was because it was out of gas so i pushed it to the nearest parking and got gas tried to start it, finally after cranking it 50 times it started ran rough but stayed on went and filled up, left the gas station it ran like a fine car didn't notice anything was wrong didn't stop for 4 miles once i stopped again and the car died once again, after cranking it another 50 times it finally turned on had to keep it at high rpm's till i got home when i got there it died. After about an hour i tried to start it, it started a lot faster it cranked maybe like 6 times and it turned over, it idled rough, the RPM's jumped from 500 to 1500 RPM kept it on for like 10 minutes and it didn't turn off. I've left it alone since then. I feel like only after driving it does it turn off. I have a AIR Solenoid code going off and a lower O2 sensor code, oil light has been on for a while before this happened, i checked the oil level and oil it self it was fine. Will have video up later. PLEASE HELP

A massive run on sentance is really hard to read and follow.

Could you clarify a few points?

- Mileage, not time, on your parts replacements
- describe the 'harder to turn on' better. Does it change any hot vs cold?
- describe how it dies better. Does it stumble to death? does it slowly droop till it stalls? does it just suddenly shut off as if you cut it with the key?

80,000 Miles, only thing iv'e replaced engine bay wise, is KN Filter and Radiator. It's been cold here the entire time so i can't tell you whether it would change anything. What i can say it that once i got home and left it in the driver way and it cooled down, it turned on a lot easier. Basically "harder to turn on" when it died first i literally sat there for 5-10 minutes and kept turning the key and all it did was crank and it comes to the point where it feels like its going to turn over but it doesn't. How it dies, it dies slow i stopped and it took it like 4 second and it turned off.

Really? Your first post mentions more:

So, did you or didn't you?

What do you mean your exhaust is "dumped" do you mean no muffler? That must sound like crap.

Consider your ignition coils, fuel pump, SSV, and APV.

You said you replaced the cat, it backfires (despite there being a cat) and you've replaced the spark plugs and wires, but not the coils, correct? You're going to want to replace those since they probably killed your first cat. Fuel not igniting = fuel in the cat = dead cat = backfires.

But before you do that, get a compression test since it's difficulty starting when warm is indicative of low compression. Ideally don't drive it any more until you replace the coils, as you could be causing damage over time.
