Are you able to upload a video to youtube so we can see what you are talking about? And does it do this all the time or only when the car is warm? Did you clean the MAF with MAF cleaner, and the ESS sensor? How long has this issue existed, how long have you owned the car, when was the last time you replaced the ignition coils, wires, spark plugs? We need a lot more information.

Its very hard to diagnose a car over the internet, but that motor sounds pretty screwed.

Get a compression test

Why does it sound like you have one spark plug removed?

Sound like cat could be plugged. Did you see anything missing or broke inside. It could have broke a piece off and got stuck further down the exhaust restricting flow.

I can't hear videos at work but my car blew a rotor and it sounded like a truck when running or aka with out a spark plug and would blow lots of smoke when you got on it. are you able to rev it in (N) and does it blow smoke? From what it seems like it might be the engine but mine was still able to rev to what ever just sounded off and didn't run good. So I would definitely look into the cat and see if it's clogged or not and if you're really worried about it you could take a bar or something with the cat all the way off and bash thought it. You'll get a check engine light but it will help the car run so much better if it's clogged

The cat could be clogged, before bashing it out I would shine a light through the front and then look through the oxygen sensor hole to see if the back half of the cat is damaged...

That said, the motor sounds like its blown in my opinion.

Check out my video of a Rx8 catalytic that looked good from the front, but looking through the oxygen sensor hole told a very different story.

If you have a rotary shop that can do a compression test it would be best to get there sooner then later. Cause if it is losing compression and you keep pushing it, you could end up doing more damage and if its not losing compression then they could surly find the prob so you can fix it or they could fix it for you

Use Mazda FL-22 coolant.

Read up on oil and decide for yourself. Everyone says something different.

Read up on rx8help.com for general tips.

Do you not speak English? This post looks broken...
