what intake do you have? the plugs/wires could have just got wet and need to dry out or it could be more serious

First thing needed to be done is taking a plug out of each rotor: front-back to see if any water comes out.
That would mean water locked engine which is worst news you could get.
If it's an electrical battery to starter issue you'll be a lot luckier.

i put a fully charged batterie in my car when i tried to start it it drains my battery real fast and the engine dont crank so it not like i was cranking it a long time to run the battery down and ideas?
i pulled the plugs and yes they were wet try to crank it to see if water would come out but once again wont crank should i spray any thing in the cylinders?

Too much possibilities, but a short circuit is draining your battery, i suggest u find a guy who knows electrical.
Before cranking ur car, please check ur oil, is it milky?
If it's milky, water went in ur engine and mixed with the oil when u crank the engine the last time.
Change the oil first, if it's not too long it's still okay to just change the oil
Good luck

I'm guessing you would experience electrical shortage before hydrolock. Unless the water was high enough to get in the intake, any problems are probably electrical...
