Should I keep it?

So, I recently got a new-to-me RX-8 off of Carvana, 2009 GT. 27k on the dot basically.
They offered a warranty (which I took) that covers the engine, and other important things, in case of failure within 100k/5 years as long as I follow factory recommendation with upkeep.
It's pretty immaculate cosmetically. There is a small heat-crack appearing on the front passenger dash, and maybe a 3cm tear in the driver seat leather and about a 5cm tear in the rear driver upholstery.
I'm getting an odd... Grind/catching in what feels like the rear passenger tire. Can't seem to recreate it consistently, seems to be when I'm pulling out of a parking lot etc.. Brought it to a Mazda dealership, they couldn't recreate the problem either. Although the service desk guy was a HUGE ***** and I can't be sure they even looked at the back, they did confirm that the car has new rotors and breaks on the front.
From me looking at them, I would say the back rotors are not, but they could be if they are a different size thickness than the front rotors (next up, just wanted to get the post out there). The calipers are OEM, not new but don't look disgusting or anything all the way around.
It also has no plate light cover, and had painted tape over the light and trunk button. So the rear bumper was taken off and repainted but I see no signs of rust anywhere.
I used to have another 2009 rx-8 GT from 2011-2012, and I don't remember a hole above the trunk that went directly to the light/paper wadding if anyone can confirm that for me lol.
The compression test. I won't be going back there ever but this what I ended up with for $300:
He only tested one of each face, 7.2 243rpm on the bottom front 7.3 242rpm on the bottom back (?).
With maintenance/care following Mazdas recommendations, 93 octane, 3k oil changes, 30k+ point services, will this engine go out before the 100k point from 27k? Or will I end up having to get a rebuild right after it rolls over?
Let me know if I'm unclear anywhere, I can post pictures too. Any help or input is appreciated, thanks guys!

Its a beautiful example for sure. Definitely a better compression test with a proper tester is the way to go. Sorry you wasted $300 for nothing, you could have just bought yourself a rotary tester and DIY. It's extremely easy to do. As for the noise, it's difficult to say without looking at the car. The recommendations are right about 3k mile oil changes. As long as you have no other issues, this car will likely last you a very long time. Smart to get the warranty if for some reason it doesn't though. There is no way to know for sure how long one of these engines will last.

In the realm of RX8's that I have seen your car is like a 9.5/10 example. Plus it is a series 2. Nothing you stated would sway me from that car. 7.2-7.3 is totally healthy and should last if you do the right things. However you do need to get a test with all three faces. My guess is he gave you the highest number. The other faces could be similar, but you never know. Even if the readings came back with one or two 6.8 or 6.9, I still would say your car is 9.5/10.

Get a true compression test, anything near or above 7.0 or 100psi would be fine by me. Good luck.
