squeeky rattling sound when accelerating

I notice now that the car is quieter now (thank god for catalytic converters) when I am accelerating, driving around, a hear a squeaking / rattling type sound....
Its not the brakes, it happens during acceleration... I also don't think its the engine mounts because I get absolutely no vibration in the shifter.
I suppose it could be body mounts going bad but i'm not sure... Before I just take it in to a dealer and see if they will diagnose, any thoughts on what this might be or if anyone else has experienced the same thing?
Its a 2011 R3. Thanks.

What kind of catalytic converter and mid-pipe are you using?

If it's not mounted properly, it could rattle sometimes. Mine is doing that, actually. Just need to find some time to go and fix it.

Yep. If the exhaust is not adjusted properly, it can rattle against a few things on the undercarriage--especially in S2 cars.

There is also a heat shield bolt (or 3) that likes to work loose and fall out, which causes the heat shield to vibrate at a fairly high pitch.
