Starting issue

05 rx8 ran fine to work on way home stuck in a little traffic car shut off for no reason and then would not start dash lights come on ignition relay clicks when you turn the key but starter doesn't turn over any help with this issue will be helpful.....put in new battery and new termainals still no luck at getting it to even crank over

I bought mine when it had about 62,000 miles on it. It still had the original battery in it and about a month after I got it, of course it crapped out. It's odd that your issue took place while the car was running but if it's ever sounded like it was slow to crank up or like it was struggling a little, it can't hurt to check the battery.
