The column isn't powered like some vehicles... it'd an electrical rack.

Did you check the rack?

I know, but can very weak battery cause that problem?

Steering rack issue. Especially if its doing the shakeys. There's an issue with the torque sensor that can't be fixed. You can try to clean the connectors but the only real way to solve it is to install a new power steering rack. People whine about the engines going bad but the power steering goes out far more commonly than the engine. In the 5 RX8's I've owned, 4 have had to need steering rack replacements. Engine replacement? All 5 have had NO engine issues whatsoever despite 2 of them being purchased in non-running condition. The electrical steering rack in this car is the absolute bane of my existence and my #1 complaint about this car.

Fun fact, tried 3 different ones, in other cars they work perfectly

its a pretty easy system wiring wise. I'm surprised that changing out a known good rack didn't solve the problem. The power steering has its own harness and module. If you know for sure it's not the rack, it could also be the module under the ECU. But the wheel violently shaking is usually related to the rack itself from my own experience.

The wheel skating rapidly is commonly a bad power steering rack as CaymanRotary had stated. I also find it odd that three different racks did not solve your issue. Were they known good or new?

If you put rack into a different rx, it works perfectly. But at the moment battery is almost dead, can it cause it? And when trying to do a calibration, diagnostics says, that it can to because we need to sync steering rack control module with ecu

Yes, a weak battery can cause the steering wheel to shake. You will need a good 12V source voltage to power the motor on the rack. You may need to take the car to the dealer to do a zero point calibration. I'm not sure if it needs paired with the ecu but if it does, it would have to go to the Mazda dealer.
