hey guys ive been a member for 2 years haven't been on in a long time i have more than 10 post's and im still not able to make a thread any idea's

Yes, it does. He just made that count though, with his prior 5 posts being within 12 minutes of creating this thread. Looks like he just needs to let the system catch up.
