I know you are going to run post TB so that you need check valves, but for others (or you if you would change the control to a solenoid very close to the nozzles)
A check valve alters the pressure at the nozzle (reducing by 30-60 psi), lowering the span of max/min flow.
a flow should be measured under manifold pressure. The pressure differential will be smaller so flow will be lower once again. (we are low ish pressure but it quickly acumulates)
