TSC/ABS lights on. Cruise control not working.

After I changed my oil and transmission oil, my TSC and ABS lights came on in my dash. My DSC button doesn't do anything and the DSC light does not come on or off anymore. I can turn my "Cruise Main" on and off but I can't set cruise. Before I did the oil change, my CEL was on for code P0420. I moved my front and rear o2 sensor wires around in case it was just a loose connection. I am guessing this is what did it but I am not sure. My CEL is off for now but I have a feeling it will come back on after a couple days. As for the TSC and ABS light, I read somewhere that it may be due to the fact that I have led bulbs all around my rear end (brake, reverse, signals). But I have had all these led bulbs for about a year now and there were no issues until I changed my oils. Past times I changed my oil, everything was fine. I also noticed that if my car is on, my brake lights are very dimly lit even though all the lights are off. This has not been an issue until after I changed my oils as well. Could it just be a wire or something else?

Hi Ricerx8, P0420: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold, so I think your o2 sensors hasn't got any problem, you should check your catalyst converter!
And I write my problem here, because I'm not able to start new thread (but I don't know why)

I'm a manual transmission RX8 owner in Europe and I repair car computers by the way.
I'd like to install cruse control to my European car (which was very rare here).
I already modify the PCM configuration and put the cruse wires on.
Now I can switch the yellow "Cruise Main" light on on the cluster, but it doesn't keep the speed and the green "Cruise" light doesn't light up, even though the fallowing: break switch OK, clutch switch OK, cluster led test OK (there is green cruise light as well).
Maybe the instrument cluster configuration is incorrect, I tried to rewrite asbuilt data in the cluster, but there is a byte, which I can't modify, the cluster doesn't accept it.
I need a whole eeprom dump from an RX8 cluster, which has cruise control (L56R= 93c56 in 16bit format)
or if somebody has any idea, what should I check, please let me know!
Cheers!
