Upstream O2 sensor reading 0.01 mA, but reads fine after clearing OBD-II codes
I currently get the P0130 code. Checking with my bluetooth OBD-2 reader, the O2 sensor’s current shows as 0.01 mA, and the air-fuel ratio stays constant. I’ve decided to reset the codes while driving, and suddenly it was showing normal values! And after restarting the car, it was broken again. Is this normal?
I’ve already bought a new O2 sensor, so did I waste my money? 😐

That's pretty weird. The computer might be turning off the sensor if it detects a problem, maybe to avoid a fire risk. That heater runs HOT. But it's still seeing a problem and setting the code, so I don't think buying the sensor was a mistake. How soon after a cold start does the code come on?

Just went to the car to check. Cleared the codes without turning the car on, turned everything off, and then started it. Around 30 seconds after starting, the code is already pending in the reader (from what I’ve seen 2 driving cycles are required to actually trigger it fully).
