What is this noise, is it normal?
Sorry for posting this here, I still cannot post in the other sections.
Listen to the attached video, you will hear a high pitch squeak or rattle every few seconds. I only noticed it when in a drive thru because the noise bounced off the wall. It does not make this noise in Park, or Neutral. Only in Drive and Reverse. Putting the car in "manumatic mode" and shifting between 1 and 2 do not change the noise. Also when actually moving it does not seem to make noise, but could just be drown out.
Thank you in advance for any insight.
Video was taken by holding phone directly under car, drivers side door.
Recent things I have done to the car
Oil changed from previous owners 5w20 to GTX 5w30
Changed oil filter to K&M
Replaced blown rear shocks (was making noise prior to this, so probably unrelated)
Changed Spark Plugs, Plug Wires, and Ignition Coils
Changed Air Filter
Ran Lucus UCL in gas
Ran Royal Purple gas treatment in gas
Everything seems to be stock on this car, car has 45900 miles as of writing this. 2005 Automatic

No idea. Try to localize it. You can use a wooden stick with one end pressed against various car parts (including engine parts) and the other end up to your ear to try to narrow down which piece is making the noise. It sounds silly, but it's very clear when you touch the thing that's making noise.
My only guess from that video is a rattling heatshield over the catalytic converter, but that's not a confident guess.

It sounds like something's loose and rattling ^^, or air is seeping out from somewhere..
My intake makes a squeak similar to that at a certain accel point.. Do you remember hearing it before changing the air filter?
I use a wooden broom handle for the above suggestion, it works for most things.

Check the rubber accordion tubes that are coming off your intake ensure both ends are secured.
Also, I noticed something similar after doing my ssv cleanup. Now I am guessing either something around that area is left loose..

I am going to try the stick as soon as I get back home.
I did not notice it before changing the air filter, and It will stop completely or at least get a lot quieter if I press my foot against the exhaust, so I'm guessing it is something loose under there.

I was worried it was something bad, but since I can make it go away by pushing against the muffler to stop it's vibration I am almost certain something is just slightly loose.
