I'm going to be hopeful and suggest that maybe the dyno graph is indicating that they did not start WOT until the point it spikes.
Either way, I would not want to deal with a FWD like that. Any car with significant power should be RWD or AWD, as far as I'm concerned.

It looks like the dyno started before 3.5K. To get that power level out of a box of Cracker Jacks requires a large turbo so that spike is probably where it finally started to spool up. Put that thing in 5th gear at freeway speeds and floor it. I'll bet it never hits boost!

He's probably over on a Honda forum right now complaining about our lack of enlightenment over wanting to put a superior, yet less powerful engine in the car so it can be boosted to make more power.
