Runs great actually.
I didn't say anything that wasn't far off from what was being said to me. Mods love me I guess, oh well.
Updates coming soon. I'll probably just post when the car is finished bc of all the **** retentive critics who drive stock cars.

Patience grasshopper. I drove it about 50 miles over the last couple days. Had to put it back up on stands to do the AC lines and finish tidying up. May have to revisit the exhaust. It's strong enough as is but feels a bit choked up top. Could be the rx8 catback (DUH!!!!). It's gonna work well "for now."

Doesn't seem too upset. Probably not as nimble as it was with the ***** motor and I may have gained 100ish lbs. haven't really been too brave with it yet. I keep stepping out the rear anytime I go near the throttle. Not bragging just have to readjust my driving style to this car. It's also VERY quiet. I may build a 2nd exhaust for it without cats and full 3" and bullet mufflers.

Anyway, yeah, you could target a much bigger tire with that much torque. I'm running a 275 in the rear on a 9.5" wheel and it still breaks loose with the stock rotary.

It's just tough love. I won't change the wheels. I figure the biggest tire I can get on this wheel is a 245/40 so that will have to do. I am gonna go look for an 8.8 IRS and get to work if I can't figure this out. The wheel hop is horrible. May also be tired shocks. Rides fine though. Yesterday, when I was messing with a guy in a C5 I was having violent tire shake up to 50ish mph. Maybe just driving style.

The race guys have run 285's on stock sized tires. Glad you got it running, it sounds like a nightmare to drive though. I can't really say nice ride yet because it is still hurting pretty bad looks wise. But if you getting looking proper then I will give you props. I still need to see it in person so I can point out all the stuff you should redo properly. I am still going to drag your *** as well

unless you are gonna give me an inspection sticker you wont be doing any checking over my work. i can do a one second review of what should be redone under your hood and it rhymes with Henisis. as far as looks go. well thats as far as they go. SAR shut down so the only option is Little River.

I think there is one south of Buda on 35, at the truck stop. Get that thing ironed out.

help
I need help. I have no launch! Ties willnot hook. I am in the process of changing of the rear bushings now and also changingout some linkage to help with wheel hope.(the wheel hope is not bad but I’mdoing the upgrade anyway. But, I would love some input on drag set up with mysuspension. Any ideas or pros and cons?
