Welding a trigger wheel is not that simple. 1) The diameter of the pulley has to be perfect. 2) its call a harmonic balancer for a reason. Unless your jesus no one can weld a perfectly balanced crank. If you think you can do all of the above then have it. Let me know how she runs and how many main bearings you throw in your pan

HSC RX8 Long Tube Headers, 1.875, 3" Collectors with integrated merge spike

No you don't have to get long tube headers there hard to install and remove. I talked to a guy that had seen their car and those long tube headers make it a headache to mess with the starter and very little room. you can't remove them without removing the engine. the stock manifolds from a 02 camaro ss and the shortie manifolds i have will allow you to remove them without the need of removing the engine. Witch is why i have offered them.

HSC RX8 3" Ypipe

I am not offering a full exhaust system because it will vary based on what your going to do to your engine.
i will let exhaust shops do that but if people really want it i will have a bolt-on exhaust system made.

HSC RX8 Battery Relocation Kit

You will need a battery relocation kit but you can get them from any parts store, so i don't see the point But again if people are interested i will make one up.

HSC RX8 CAI - 3.5" Diameter

You will need a intake and filter witch
is offered on the website.

HSC RX8 Cooling Expansion Tank

This is not needed

HSC RX8 Cooling System - Single Fan

This is offered on the website.

HSC RX8 Steel Driveshaft

This is offered on the website.

HSC RX8 Fuel System - Race version with adjustable fuel pressure regulator

This is offered on the website.
The one offered on the website is fixed at 58psi
and unless your building a 500hp engine an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is not needed

HSC RX8 V8 Master Cylinder (Modified)

yes you will need this and is offered on the website

Banjo Bolt, Banjo Fitting, & Washers - 3/8"

This is offered on the website.

HSC New SS Clutch Line LS1

This is offered on the website.

HSC RX8 LSx Mounting Equipment Kit

This is offered on the website.
and is bolted to the existing subframe.

HSC RX8 Sway Bar Mounts Needed

This is offered on the website.

HSC RX8 Tach Kit - Includes Machined Balancer, Adapter Harness, CPS Bracket, and balancer bolt

This will be offered shortly as i am currently working on this and will be around the $250-$300 range

HSC GM Harness Modification for Installation

I will be offering this soon

HSC Lifetime LS1 Computer Flash

i do not offer any find of computer tuning

MGW FBody Short Throw Shifter -
I have a adaptor that i am working on i was told my shifter was easier than hsc

Ls1 rx8. I'm using yhe stock radiator and stock mounting point. I am also using hsc headers (which are actually made by stainless works) you do not have to remove the engine to install thesr or remove these. You just have to know what your doing. The stainless works headers and y is perfect. Coolant expansion take is definitely needed. The motor sits higher then the oem tank therefor will not allow coolant to flow to the back of the motor. Coolant expansion tank will help solve this problem with coolant flow.

No need for your fuel pump setup either. Corvett fuel filter and walboro 255 is all you need. Total cost 150. You also have to eliminate the two speed oem fuel pump control. Lower pressure and lower pump speeds will not be good for ls in the long run. You will force it to run lean since gm controls fuel thru the ecu which is why there is no vaccum source to regulator on gm engines.

I offer ecu tuning and reflashes

My radiator sits level with the engine so I have no coolent flow issue there for with the way mime is set up the expansion set up is not needed. But I would love to see some pictures of this build without the need of a radiator relocation. So would you mind posting some

And yes a corvette fuel filter / regulator and a inline pump is what I have used. I found to be the easiest way.

Did you even try to fit it in there with the stock radiator in place?

No because it didn't look like it would fit and didn't think it would cool it enough.

The OE radiator is insufficient for the Renesis, let alone a large powerful V8. If you can't do it right then don't do it at all.
