i got this FC in boxes, and one of the boxes is ReTed's REW/FC subframe from the 90's, so i'm recycling. i do have some build pics, but i think i'm going to wait a bit, cause its been a really slow build. (didn't do **** this year)

i'm not sure what happened to NP, it got taken over by this guy, who sold it to IB...

Who took it over?

The last time I was on there, which was long time ago, every single active poster was either a Moderator or an Administrator. There were maybe 30 active posters and 28 of them were one or the other.

Sad that NP is going the way of Team. It used to be a hopping place. Regretful was my decision to hire from there, it pretty much caused me to be banished from there and I had a lot of friends on there. I got myself into one effed up situation with that one.

I went back on there and searched my old thread where I swapped in my REW and it is completely gone and deleted. A year or so ago, I linked it to someone and followed the link, it was gone. Kind of a drag, a lot of time was spent developing that thread.

Kind of the same thing happened when I fired that guy, he was hosting my picture and video sites (pre You Tube and Photobucket days) and he deleted my websites, I lost a lot of pictures when he did that as well.

I guess he got the last laugh....

 

i actually don't know, i sorta drifted off and came back, and it was being run by this guy, and i dunno the air was out of the balloon by then, and then a while later i heard it went IB.

its a bummer, but oh well?

 

say what you want, but I'm stupid enough to think putting this engine in an RX8 is as simple as an FD engine in an FC ...

just wondering if someone's done it, really. in concept it seems like the MS3 isn't too hard, it seems like getting IN the car is almost bolt ins.

for me the FC-REW is basically a bolt in, i'm even going to use the stock FD ecu, and smog it.
