this may be old news. but I was flipping the mazda booklet I got from the portland auto show and the 2006 rx8 automatic will have 212 hp (mine is 197) with 6 speed AT (mine is 4). but wait I'm the only one in the NW forum who drive automatic , right?

 

The only one on this forum maybe, but I have seen several automatics around.

not rumour true. talked about extensively. check the full spec deck in the sticky in discussion. a freind of mine has an auto. plenty sold in this area

that would be cool if that were tru PSU15582....I have heard it's still 4 port and I drive an automatic too living in Olympia,wa but still doesn't make you alone. When you go on the mazdausa site to build one it still says 4 for sport automatic. If it is true on the other part that it is 6 then I might jump up and upgrade to one.

 

actually the mazda website list the 2005 rx8 only. did not put the 06 on line yet!
