Nah, the part when they were literally shooting the face off "hitler" while the jew girl was laughing while the germans were burning and getting shot at from above. . .then cablamo! ! !
THAT was an epic part. "I speak the most I-talian"
***no germans, jews, or fake hitlers were harmed in the making of this film***

Ok, so lately I've been watching a lot of old movies (I like movies and watch quite a few of them, but do not consider myself a movie buff,) and I've noticed some things about Quentin Tarantino's movies. I wouldn't call it plagiarism but more of an homage to movies he's seen and liked. I really started noticing the "homages" while watching the original "Gone In 60 Seconds." At the very beginning, one of the movies main characters is driving his car and up on the dash, there are a line of aviator sun glasses with different colored lenses, just like the sheriff's car in Kill Bill Vol.1 as he drives up to the chapel.
Then I was watching a Biographies show called "Bruce Lee: The Immortal Dragon." In that show it showed a clip of Bruce Lee's movie "The Game Of Death" and he is wearing a suit just like Uma Thurman's leather yellow motorcycle suit she wears at the end of the first movie.
Last night I watched a horrible movie called "Bruce Lee Fights Back From The Grave." I would say this movie is a bad porno movie without any of the ****. Here's how IMDB.com starts the synopsis of the movie, "A lightning bolt strikes the grave of Bruce Lee. However, that is as much as Bruce Lee has to do with it." That's right, Bruce Lee is not in the movie. Anyway there is a scene in the movie towards the end where everyone ends up in the middle of nowhere in a southern California grassy and hilly area. This is where the main character and his girlfriend have parked their pickup with a camper. As they walk up to the door and open it, who is behind the door but one of the villains who is a cowboy. The cowboy has a rifle pointed at the main character. The setting with the way the terrain looked and the camper was just like in Kill Bill 2 when Uma gets blasted in the chest with a shotgun when she tries to sneak up on the cowboy at his trailer in the middle of nowhere in a hilly, grassy area.
Which now leads me to why I'm posting this here. I watched "Inglorius Batstards" (1978) last night too. It is a WWII movie too. QT's IB is not a remake at all. The interesting part though is the love interest and French nurse in IB 1978 though it is a small part, looks a lot like the French girl who is the cinema operator from QT's IB 2009. I do not think that is a coincidence.
Does anyone else have any "homoages" they've seen?
Does anyone else have any "homages'" they've seen? FIXED sorry

Just found one more... One of the songs on the Kill Bill Vol. 1 soundtrack is the Green Hornet, which is the song used for the opening credits of the old TV show The Green Hornet, which Bruce Lee starred in as Kato
