Bit the bullet, please comment.
Okay, so I finally bit the bullet and registered a domain so I can share drives the way I really want to. www.the-winding-road.com is just now under construction, but, and at the moment is simply recycling material from my blog, which I haven't kept up 'cause I couldn't do with it what I want. It's all static right now, but I'll be adding pictures, developing my own rating system, and doing some very cool map features over the next month or so. I'm also using it as an opportunity to learn php.
Anyway, let me know what you think. Like I said, it's completely basic right now, but it'll get better, especially with your input.
Look for photos, scouting report, and directions for the 27 August group drive by the end of the week.

Looking good! I had a hard time reading the font on your logo though - the yellow sign with the silver letters... Maybe a color with more contrast and a font that is thinner might stand out better.

This is great. When I rode more I used to sit down with a Thomas guide and try to find good roads by their appearance on the map, but they almost never turned out to be any good. This will be a great resource (and already is). I did notice that the link to Mill Pond road actually takes you to the Issaquah Fall City Road page.
A lot of the roads say "you might as well drive if you’re in the area, but probably not worth going out of your way for." So which ones would you go out of your way for?

Yeah, after looking at the logon on something other than my graphics/dev box, it does need to be adjusted. Some of the longer roads will get reccomendation for going out of your way. But the short ones, under 10 or 15 miles, are little more difficult to justify. I'm still building content, and I'll definately look into that broken link tonight.
