+1 on the coolant sensor. Mine did that as well. And it's just a bad sensor. I just kept my eye on it. Cat is pretty big and right there if u can see underthere. I juat took my buddies cat off and we could see it with his car being lowered. I agree take a pic under there we can tell you if it's there. Coolant light, maybe ask Mazda to look at it while u get your compression tested. The rough idle I had the auto but my car idled at about 1k to 1200 never too much below that, but my car was a bundle of problems. My idle did kinda purr though never sat still at 1 Set rpm. Hope we are helping lol

oh u guys are definatly helping...i took the car to the body shop where i used to work just to confirm the fact that the car has never had any major bodywork done to it. at least i was right about that part. general conclusion is nobody can see a cat to speak of. tb spacer is a mystery still , and they dont know **** about mazda's hahaha. cept nobody wants to paint my front bumper so im gonna have to do it. tail light has water in it so off it comes to blow it out and try to reseal it. trying to not spend a lot on it atm. i think i will buy some plugs and new coil pack and change the oil. the air fitler needs cleaning to.

You might wanna thinking about cooling flush before the sensor.
I was having coolant light on and off all the time but not after I did the coolant flush.
It was middle of the summer and no matter how hard I drive, I never saw the light after that.

Tail light condensation is normal to a degree, there's a TSB where they updated the gasket I believe?

I just realized that's one expensive *** gasket...
