Yeah, I hate it. But I find it gratifying when we do establish some interaction (although it embarrasses the hell out of my wife!)

hmmm, my last wave was to a lady in a titanium eight at the opposing trrafic lane, I waved and flashed light she turned her head and looked at me in a way like "how dare you". well i guess I'm a bad FLASHER

i leave for work in the dark and come home in the dark. by the time i see an 8 coming, it's usually too late. and yes, waving to fellow 8 drivers does tend to embarrass the mrs. the last 8 i saw was at southcenter last night, new ss with the appearance package...nice car.

I tend to see the same 8's on a fairly regular basis. At first they didn't wave back, but one by one, they've become much more friendly. 7 owners are more likely, but not much, to wave back. Just keep up the waves and sooner or later they'll wave back.

I generally do what others in Washington do... I don't pay attention to the road, Therefore freeing up mental workloads to shift into my "Looking for other 8's" Mindset. =)
