They do have Group 1 slots opne on Wedensday. I'd be tempted to go but I have such a sour taste in my mouth after yesterday that I haven't decided yet.
Plus I have a track day at PR on Thursday, so that's a lot of driving for two days! The evolution school might help me out on the track though.

I'm doing Part 1 tomorrow, and Part 2 on Wednesday. CodingParadox also is doing Parts 1 and 2. We did those last year, and they were very helpful; we think that perhaps we've learned enough since then to actually absorb a fair amount of the amazing amount they try to stuff into you.

We're driving down tomorrow morning, also. It's not a bad drive, and beautiful at dawn (ask me how I know).
We're driving back Wednesday night (probably in one car, leaving one down there), and driving back for the NT on Friday evening.
See you tomorrow.

The track day is just a lapping day at PR, not a competiton event. I've done a few local AutoX schools and a few track schools in the past, but evey little bit helps.
I'm currently tilting towards "you only live once" so I'll probably be there for Phase 1 on Wed

Yeah, bummer about the tire problem, but it was nice meeting you. We enjoyed Evo, but we were disappointed that there were essentially no fun runs this year. Last year, when we did Phase 1 and Phase II, we each got 20 or more runs on the course at the end of each day. Tough on tires, but a great way to really nail down the lessons of the day.

I really wished they set up fun runs too. The Phase 1 guys on Wed said "you can do fun runs if you want" but never suggested a run setup. People just hopped in cars and lined up, which meant nobody to pick up cones.
I ended up getting out and ******** cones, but that meant I got 5 runs instead of the 10-15 that other people got. People can really be selfish morons sometimes. If they had stopped after 5 runs and grabbed cones, we could have gone all evening, but eventually all the course workers left to drive themselves and the first drivers just left instead of helping out.
I finally put it all together during the fun runs and pulled out two of my best times of the day, so I really wish I could have run a few more times and tried to get consistent.
