Everyone who didn't see this missed out.. even if you arent a drift fan, it was still pretty cool to see in person, and ill definatly be coming if its back next year.

I took my 10 year old nephew for his birthday. I thought it was pretty cool to see, but I don't think it will remain popular for too long (maybe a couple of years). The time between runs makes it more like watching qualifying sessions than the constant excitement of a race. I thought the announcing was the worst part. The guy on the mic said he was the "voice of Formula Drift", but he didn't appear to know anything about the rules of the competition. The way the judges talked it was almost like they were making up rules to a game as they went along. I know it's more established than that, but that's how it came across to me. I'm glad I saw it but I don't think I'll be back.

I went and saw this, thought it was pretty awesome. I'll definitely be back next year if it's here again. Yeah the announcer could've been better but the drifting more than made it up for me. That last drift run was great, terrific way to end the competition Though I was also glad no one was seriously injured lol
