Thanks for the posting JC. I must admit, this was so much fun. Cj almost got nailed by police, so did I. Some spirited driving, playing hide and seek, losing JC, then finding JC. It was all fun. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. It has been a pleasure meeting you all. Let's stay n touch, ans see you soon

You Sir, are the one for the job! I salute you! In fact, I volunteer my services as guinea pig - or at least my car.... Thanks to our president, I have 1/2 of one tire already paid for!

LOL......I should not have said anything.
OK.....CJ you got me.
I will make you a deal, you volunteer your services for the 3.5 SO3 tires, and I will consider the position providing I get to pick my VP.
PS. We have to work on the proper way to salute the president.

Allrite president Mark... It was a awesome time .. I had lot of fun. Weird thing happened to after i parked my car back in the garage. Even after i removed the key form my car engine was still running. It freaked the hell out of me. I am not sure if anybody experienced anything like this. Also mark i got to say after doing the reset thing my car did feel different but it could have been a psychological thing too. I sure dont mind a drive on aug 28th weekend on the sunday. The only problem i could have is i ahve a big party on the saturday and i hope i can wake up on sunday in one piece.
I got to say one of the interesting moments along with the drive was when i saw people taking their pictures next to all the 4 parked cars as if it was a importnant monument or something like that. That was really interesting.

Seriously I have no idea what could have caused that - other than possession.

Hey guys, sounds like you had a blast! I wish I could have gone. PDXRX8 I think what you heard was the fan still running full blast to cool the engine down after a long hard day. The renesis, like any rotary, runs hot and it has a built in safegaurd that will keep the fan running to cool the engine down to safe temps after you park.
What is the reset thing you guys are talking about?

PDXRX8...sorry for not reponding sooner. I had to go out of town.
I do not think the engine stayed on after key is out. I think it is the fan as Emsdad indicated.
As an update, Ron Tonkin installed MS sway bars, and upper strut bar 2 days ago...
1- Brian at Ron Tokin was so kind, and helped me with the cost. By the way he is leaving this week to Gresham Nissan, as he is not getting support from management. It would be nice to draf a letter to Ron Tokin indicating our disappointment.
2- WOW, WOW, WOW
3- WOW, WOW, WOW
This is all I have to say for now

The reset thing pdxrx8 is refering to is restting the ECU. You can reset the ecu by turning the ignition to ON position, then tapping your brakes at least 20 times in less than 8 seconds. It resets the ecu, and therefore your stored learnt is gone, and the car can start learning from scratch again. It also clears up stored codes as well. During the drive I showed the guys how to do it, and we used pdxrx8 car for the demo. Usually after the rest, the car seem to run a little stronger as the ecu is trying to learn. Hope this helps
