I got Tinted!
Got my 8 tinted today! I LOVE IT! I'll have pics tomorrow. If anyone wants it done, I can get you a hookup. Guy does amazing work, great price, and guarantees everything for ever, against bubbles, scratches, anything!
Oh, I also tinted my tails red. I like em.
And then I have some plans for hopefully next week. Little bigger, we will see how it turns out

I like your tint, I got 5% all the way around with 15% on front two. I also got the 6" 5% strip on front windshield. I tinted my sidemarkers with VHT niteshade paint, but my tint guy said he could tint with a special film. I think I'll tint the rear tail lights and sidemarkers next.

The film works well too, but this I find is cheaper, and if you take your time, less chance to get bubbles, yet its not reversible.

I tinted the tails red myself. Cost under $15 total. Just removed them, cleaned them, scuffed them up completely with a red scotchbrite, then cleaned them again. Because it was cold outside, I let them sit to get up to room temp. I then sprayed a light tack coat, then put about 3 more coats on, waiting about 10 min between each one, followed by 2 coats of clear. I plan to hand buff them sometime soon, just havent had the time. Turned out really well I think.

For the red tint, I use Duplicolor Metalcast. For the tint, I use VHT Nightshade.
And nope, its my right that fogs up. Super common problem.
