Need a lawyer
So I got nailed by a sheriff who had a stick up his butt and gave me a NEG 2 cause I was avoiding pot holes in the road which to him was reckless driving. Anyone know a real damn good lawyer that I could use cause I dont know if my ticket trick will work with a NEG 2. Not about to pay $1100 to try my ticket trick cause I dont know if it will work. Thats a lot of money to front that is a 3 month trial. In need of serious help.

Oh shoot... I just threw away some info on a female lawyer in the area who specializes in tickets and she's VERY good. I think her first name begins with M. I'll look around. Before I knew my husband, she helped him get out of a couple of tickets.

Because my insurance card was in my trunk and the sheriff wouldnt let me get it he got me with a no insurance card which I belive is the high cost of the ticket. But im going to attempt to try my ticket trick see if I can pull out of it without a lawyer involved. Ill see what it drops down to after I go show the card to the judge.
Now I need to sell my stockers ASAP NOW.

Yep, I'm pretty sure you are talking about Jeannie Mucklestone. I know tons of people who she has represented and I've never heard of her losing a case. I just got a card from her also. I don't know how much she charges but with your ticket I'm sure she'll be worth it. Check out her website here:

I know nothing of points, that system sounds screwy. But I did get written up for negligent driving once, long ago. The officer's Sargent who spotted us from a hill top wanted us written up for reckless. I don't remember if there where degrees to it, but there was no fine written on the ticket, just a mandatory court apperence! I think neg came with a $1,000 fine or something.
I got off lucky that time, when the date to appear before the judge came around, the officers were both unable to make it to court due to a large accident involving a semi on I5. The judge dismissed it due to lack of evidence.
So, just find a way to keep the officer from showing up in court!

Im calling them potholes cause they are like that. They are the big storm drains. They repaved the road and now they sit like 2 inches or more below the surface of the street. They are NASTY feeling when I hit one in my car. More or less im afraid to get a bent rim.
Im getting lots of calls/txt now with different lawyers people have used Good looking out by a lot of people.

Massachusetts had a point system, it kinda made sense. Every driver started with 12 points and at 20 points you got an automatic 6 month suspension. A standard speeding ticket was 3 points, reckless was 4, running a stop sign was 2 and I *think* a DUI counted as 10. The reason a DUI even had a point value is your total points were reported yearly to your insurance provider. If you were slick but got a ticket in another state, you could pay it right away and stop it from ever reaching MA. There were also defensive driving courses you could take once every 6 months to remove 2 points from your license which would in turn reduce your insurance costs. Every year you don't get a ticket you get 1 point removed as well, or something like that, maybe 2 ever 2 years? I don't know, I never got a ticket while I had my MA license. Then I think you couldn't go below 10 points until you'd had your license for 6 or 7 years.
