Went to Pacific Raceways on Friday.....Turn 2 Lapping Event.
Tom and the guys ran a superb event. We got more seat time before lunch that a normal track day...and we were off the track at 4PM I would recommend these guys...this was the best run and best bang for the buck of any track day I have been to
Rain didn't co-operate too well..and it was wet all day, with the typical PRI puddles in the kink and 3/4 area there always is
Heard that they are doing some paving this year again and a huge new re-do of the track in the next few years....
All in all the car ran great. Still had fueling issues below a 1/4 tank...Before I had a pressure guage I never knew how bad it was....but it will starve out and drop below 15psi..... Going to have to re-think this and design something. I want to be able to use all of the fuel...not carry around 1/8 of a tank as ballast

I did have a huge sucess in one of my mods. I built a tranny and diff cooler.....that works super
I ran the first 15 minutes with it off to get an idea of the temperatures they would run at.
Tranny...280 degrees Diff 390 degrees...both are way too hot...but the diff is retarded![Frown](https://www.rx8club.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
I turned the pumps on....the tranny temp went down to 190 in about 2 minutes...and the diff to about 205 in the same amout of time. Beating on it wouldn't change things much....
It will work even better if I can figure out what I did to the fans...cause they never did turn on
Likely forgot the fuses..or wired them wrong.
Few sporatic missfires...and other than that everything worked awesome. Car felt really planted...and the diff was a huge improvement over stock. I could put the power down much better coming out of the corner.
